pow week

That was a good week, 66+” including this morning, a great mini-pow day out there with 4-8″ of ultralight making for some great skiing, faceshots with the east wind … a nice bookend to the last 7 days. Backcountry is holding now again, a nice refresh this morning. Pow should be nice for a couple more days, until the temps skyrocket again on Friday, into the 50s. The deep facet layer persists and it will continue to pose a threat for awhile it seems, especially as snow piles up and bonds strengthen above.
