october storm

By ccrossen | October 24, 2012

winter has begun in Tahoe. Sunday - Wds we’ve received about 24-30+ inches up high. The storm came in very nicely, wet and thick to start, then cold and dry - a perfect setup for skiing early without worrying too much about your bases and other trauma. Really great skiing Tuesday and looking forward to more today and tomorrow. Snow peters out this morning, and then we have a significant warm up, back into the 60s by the weekend. Another system approaching next week, but it looks warm to start and we could have some rain, then more snow …. we shall see. ¬†Enjoy.
