High pressure blues are in charge right now all over Tahoe, though the temps are warm and the trails super-tacky, as good as it gets for riding, and the southern exposures remain toasty for climbing… we’re not suffering by any means, but after the last couple of week’s tease, we though we might have been doing more skiing by now. Oh well. It will come. Say your prayers and get your gear dialed.

Same goes here in Colorado. The backcountry is just not happening yet. I’ve got 12 days in this season so far, but all lift-served. When will it snow??? How well, climbing is good.
